Overview

The goal of this project was to send 1,000 solar-powered audio Bibles to our partners in Asia. Due to God's provision and the generosity of donors, we surpassed our goal by 425 and purchased 1,425 audio Bibles in 2025.

Solar-powered audio Bibles are a particularly good fit for this region in Asia since they can accommodate multiple indigenous languages on a single device, they do not require electricity, they are discreet, and they do not require literacy. Our partners in Asia distribute the audio Bibles for free to other Christians or people interested in exploring the Christian faith.

The believers in this region were very eager to receive the audio Bibles, and often traveled great distances to pick them up. Our partners also traveled over 900 miles to distribute the audio Bibles widely. This ensured that many families and communities benefitted from hearing God's word, rather than a single church or village.

Testimonies

Hamza*

I would walk and listen this audio Bible, I used to listen to the story of Jesus. Sometimes it happens that I could not sleep at night and then I would listen to it. I did not have a single drop of mercy in my heart earlier but I fell in love with even the animals. I start loving the soil of my land I love this simple work which I am doing now, Because of the selflessness of Jesus I also started worrying about others apart from myself.

Jalil*

Jalil is very faithful worker he has been working so hard to share Jesus message with hundreds in his province bringing big number from extreme backgrounds to Jesus. Jalil stayed back when flood waters rose in his community helping neighbors escape. Finally he climbed on top of tree with just an audio Bible in his hand. For 2 nights he prayed aloud from Psalms and the people around the village could hear him. Pray for this shepherd’s strength and for his congregation. Jalil says he wants to help people to come to Jesus and he asks for support in flood so he can be sent as Jesus servant to help spiritually and physically.

Suhana*

Suhana is a young mother. When floods came they all ran taking their audio Bible and some clothes leaving all other things behind. She gave birth to a baby girl in a temporary tent in the roadside while rain was heavy. She named her child “Noor” which means light because Jesus is our light in this darkness. Pray for health and protection for the newborn and for Suhana’s family to find safe shelter and food and medical.
